Crafted to order.
Each piece is individually cast and hand-finished.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Australia once completed.
Tracking is provided for all parcels.

Domestic: 2–6 business days
International: 7–14+ business days, depending on customs

IMPORTANT

Because each piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & RESIZING

Each piece is individually cast and finished to order.
As we are not mass-produced, we do not hold inventory or pre-made stock.

Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or size exchanges.

RESIZING

If your ring requires an adjustment, we offer professional resizing for eligible designs for a flat fee of $111 AUD, plus shipping. Resizing is completed professionally to maintain the piece's structural integrity and finish. Please note that some sculptural or stone-set pieces cannot be resized due to their form.

CARE

Each piece is cast in solid sterling silver and hand-finished.

Avoid impact, water, and harsh chemicals.
Store dry when not worn.
Use the included polishing cloth to restore shine.

Natural marks and wear are part of the material’s character over time.

SAFETY

Some designs feature sharp or pointed forms.
Handle with care and wear mindfully.

DAMAGES

If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will assess the issue and repair or replace the item where appropriate.
